Research shows that Americans strongly support federal funding for public media, including a recent YouGov poll and a study by Pew Research Center. That’s why your outreach today is critical. If we can show Congress that most Americans value public media, we can protect the federal funding that makes Maine Public possible. 📣 📣 📣 MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD AT: https://lnkd.in/gU28b7W It’s up to all of us to safeguard Maine Public for today, tomorrow, and generations ahead. Always fun when my worlds collide. On Maine Public Classical' s State of the Art our Heather McDougall chats with Jamie Silvestri of the ArtVan. The ArtVan Program is mobile art program doing wonderful work across Maine. Way back in the day I served on the ArtVan board. When my kids were younger (they are now 18/20) we attended a ton of ArtVan events at the Lewiston Public Library (where they still do some programming). I hope you'll give State of the Art on Maine Public Classical a listen and thanks. https://lnkd.in/euTvpxPp
