Leadership Baltimore County has been preparing individuals for Leadership roles in the community for 35 years. Each year, LBC enrolls approximately 50 business leaders in this 10-month program. Monthly program days include site visits, speakers and panels highlighting the issues and challenges facing Baltimore County and the surrounding region.
