🔹 We're Hiring: Supply Chain Manager! 🔹 We’re expanding our team at Kaneka Aerospace and looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join us! If you’re passionate about optimizing supply chains, driving efficiency, building strong supplier relationships—and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment—this could be a great fit for you. 📌 What You'll Do: ✔️ Supply Chain Strategy & Supplier Management – Develop and execute supply chain strategies, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate cost-effective contracts. ✔️ Logistics & Procurement – Oversee purchasing, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with AS9100 standards. ✔️ Process Optimization & Risk Management – Implement scalable processes, monitor key metrics, and develop risk mitigation strategies. ✔️ Collaboration & Compliance – Work with internal teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation. 📌 What We’re Looking For: ✅ 3+ years in supply chain (sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning) ✅ Chemical manufacturing or related industry experience preferred ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) ✅ Extensive experience with SAP (MRP) and advanced proficiency in MS Office ✅ Problem-Solving & Efficiency – Optimize processes and improve workflows ✅Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Work effectively with teams and partners ✅ Mentorship – Support and guide less experienced team members This role is on-site at our facility in Benicia, CA. 📩 If you're interested or know someone who would be a great fit, let’s connect! Comment below, and we’ll be happy to reach out for a chat before the official job post goes live!
