We're incredibly proud to share we've been selected as a winner in the 4th annual The Anthem Awards for our work in the Health Services/Product vertical (https://lnkd.in/eUrm_Jzw). Our mission to transform retirement across health, wealth, and time is deeply empowering.... and the results speak for themselves. Chapter’s NPS is 92, our annual retention rate of ~95%, and we review 100% of available plans to find the right one for our members. By comparison, the Medicare market has an average NPS of -12, a 50% annual retention rate, and only 8% of plans are reviewed.
