Construction is progressing on our latest Johnson Development Associates, Inc. (JDA) Self-Storage project in Allen, TX. Last week marked the start of the third-floor deck installation, and the three-story, 112,000 SF facility is quickly taking shape. Designed to be a state-of-the-art storage destination, the project is on track for completion later this summer. Coulter Place is taking shape in Ardmore! This five-story mixed-used building will bring 131 apartments and 19,000 SF of ground-floor retail to Suburban Square. The design includes brick masonry with Art Deco-inspired details that nod to the historic shopping district, recessed balconies, and large courtyards at the second floor. It has been a pleasure working with Kimco Realty Corporation, Bozzuto, Alderson Engineering, DCI Engineers, Hartman Design Group, and Mahan Rykiel Associates, Inc. on this exciting project.
