Last Monday, during our ribbon cutting, the energy and excitement were undeniable as the team officially settled in. The move into our new corporate headquarters at Northwoods Office Park is a significant milestone for our company. After over 60 years on Chapman Street, we are excited to expand into this modern, collaborative, and inviting new space.
Cutting the ribbon represents a step toward the future, but it also gives us a moment to pause and reflect. It was only fitting that Kosta Bitsis, LEED AP, who has long embodied the Dimeo spirit, had the honor of cutting the ribbon. For decades, he was the keeper of our building on Chapman Street—always making sure things ran smoothly, no matter how much he had on his plate. His dedication and commitment reflect the values that continue to drive us forward.
We are grateful for the support of the town of Johnston, Hobbs Brook Real Estate, DBVW Architects, the Dimeo project team—James Bendokas, Peter Hamill, Melanie Theroux—and everyone who contributed to making this transition possible, "hats off to so many people involved," as Brad Dimeo said. Acknowledging the hard work of our subcontractor teams, Steve Rutledge remarked, "You all truly took great pride in the product being produced here."
As we look ahead, we remain committed to growth, innovation, and carrying forward the Dimeo spirit to "launch this company and continue to elevate us to the next level." Keep an eye out for more photos of our new space coming this week!
