April 2nd is #WorldAutismAwarenessDay. Our Autism Workforce initiative is now over 5 years old. Thanks to the hard work of our team, Gilster-Mary Lee became the first Spectrum Certified (R) employer in the US in partnership with Stannum Core Solutions. We are extremely proud of our 20 employees in the program and their coworkers that made this program a success on many levels.
