If you could give yourself one career tip to your past self, what would you share? Some people obsess over work only to lose their job and fall apart. Others don't take advantage of the opportunity to having a big network you can tap into anytime. There are those who are too timid to ask for that raise and promotion, only to never get it. And those who neglect the life part of work-life balance.

What's the biggest red flag you've experienced from a recruiter in your job search? Has a recruiter ever told you "we're a family here" and made you want to run? Or asked you how you like getting feedback and when you said "directly" they said "Oh, well you'll definitely get that here" and made you feel like you just got a threat? Or maybe the conversation feels one-sided instead of mutual? What recruiter red flag have you experienced as a job seeker?

Would you rather be remembered for being able to do a job well or for being a good team player? When it comes to the skills you excel at, you could be remembered differently. Those who are good at soft skills will be better communicators, negotiators, and leaders. Those who are better at hard skills could earn a good income by being very employable or also entrepreneurial. One isn't better than another. Both are important to succeed in life. But if you had to be honest with yourself, which one are you better at: hard skills or soft skills?

How long should a resume be? The big debate. Some argue it should be one page, no matter what. Others say, it should be longer if you've got great experience. When writing your resume, do you prefer to keep everything to the point to maximize it's effectiveness? Or do you have many accomplishments that you need to extend to multiple pages?

Employers are increasingly using AI to screen job applications- Should they be required to tell you? We’ve now helped over 350,000 job seekers at Huntr, and one of the most common frustrations we hear is this: “I applied to 50+ jobs and never heard back.” Behind the scenes, many of those resumes are being filtered by AI tools before a human ever lays eyes on them.
