Projects range from a 10,000 square-foot machine shop to a one-million square foot distribution center, and from a single-story bakery to a 16-story housing facility.     Progress continues at the Northstar Vehicle Maintenance Facility Addition in Big Lake, MN! The 4,500 SF addition to the Commuter Rail Operations and Maintenance Facility for Metro Transit continues to take shape: ✅ Precast walls are up ✅ Roof is complete ✅ Trench drains underway ✅ Concrete pour scheduled for next week ✅ Garage doors arriving soon ✅ Vehicle lift installation to follow Minnesota’s unpredictable freeze-thaw cycles have made scheduling concrete pours challenging, but our team has kept the project moving forward. Huge thanks to our team leaders, including: Superintendent Brodie McMahon and Project Manager Alex Rustad, and our subcontracting partners currently onsite, Axel H.     Rockford’s Education team recently completed the new Caledonia Community Schools – Cal Community Center, a state-of-the-art two-story facility. This expansive center features an eight-lane competition pool, three-lane leisure pool, spa, KidZone, multipurpose room, chapel, concessions area, gymnasium, cardio and weight exercise rooms, indoor running track, as well as offices and dedicated swim team rooms. We’re thrilled to celebrate the official ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 27 with the Caledonia swim team and the local community. Learn more about this project here: https://bit.ly/4k3DIL6
