EV worked with Tommy's Express® Car Wash leadership to construct a new headquarters, warehouse and operations facility on the south side of Holland, Michigan. The project consolidated operations from multiple locations into 75,000-SF of office and approximately 200,000-SF of warehouse space. Many (in fact, most) of the building’s features were constructed or installed by the EV self-performed tradespeople. Our team members had over 50,000 hours of hands-on work on this building.
