After facing incredible challenges, Jamar’s perseverance has led him to a fresh start. Despite earning his HVAC certification, his family struggled with financial hardship after an unexpected accident left them without stable housing. But Jamar never gave up — through Entryway CFL, he was introduced to Avanath Capital Management, LLC, and their hiring team immediately saw his determination and hired him as a Maintenance Technician.
