A few months ago, I had the privilege of stepping into the role of Co-President for our Women at eBay global Community of Inclusion, alongside Jaynann Daly. It has been an enriching journey so far, and I’m honored to help drive meaningful conversations and initiatives that support women.    As we celebrate Women’s History Month, I’m energized by the events we’re bringing to life — not just for the women of eBay, but our allies and broader community as well. Our events are centered around the UN’s powerful theme For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment, including an International Women’s Day keynote address, workshops on allyship and managing burnout, partnerships with Peppy Health, Fidelity Investments, and Lyra Health to provide insights on improving women’s financial, physical, and mental well-being, peer networking opportunities, and fundraising initiatives for the Global Fund for Women.
