This March, we're proud to celebrate Women's History Month with Compass Group USA's theme "Moving Forward Together! Educating and Inspiring Generations." Our #WomenInTechnology (WIT) group was formed in 2023 by various women at Compass Digital and Technology. This program provides avenues for growth through mentorship, community, volunteering, education, and recruitment. "Launching WIT is about building a platform where women can share their experiences, drive innovation, and redefine success in an industry that flourishes through diversity and inclusion," says Sarah Gordon, one of the founders of our WIT group. Over the past couple of years, this program has made significant strides and positively impacted our communities, all while bringing associates working in #tech together. Our WIT group looks forward to continuing partnerships with non-profit organizations, schools, and women-led businesses to educate, inspire, and uplift the next generation. 🚀 #WomensHistoryMonth #CompassGroupWHM

Meet Shane Henning! 👋 Back in January, Shane was invited to attend Compass Group USA’s annual #CompassNightOfStars in Orlando, Florida, as an honoree! This spectacular celebration is meant for the incredible employees at Compass Group that make success possible. Shane joined Compass in 2001 as an IT Help Desk Specialist. Since then, he has held roles as a System Administrator, Team Lead, and Manager. Today, he is the Director of Identity and Access Management at Compass Technology. Shane is a perfect example of how you can have a career at #CompassGroup filled with diverse opportunities in various roles and teams. On behalf of #CompassTechnology, we thank you for always bringing your dedication and hard work to the forefront. Congratulations, Shane, on this amazing achievement and career journey!

It's exciting to see our Compass Technology associates making a difference in our communities by educating students about #tech! The 2025 #Prodigy Program kicked off a few weeks ago, and students from WEST MECKLENBURG HIGH SCHOOL have been busy learning about various technologies! Most recently, Michelle Warren Wallace, MMIS and Samta Nichani, Senior Directors of Technology Systems at #CompassTechnology, volunteered to teach students about User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI), while Rashmili V., our program partner from Digital Page, taught the students how to solve for building wireframes.
