Our CETS seeks to revolutionize educator development with its innovative train-the-trainer approach. What will make it unique? 🚀 Our train-the-trainer methodology aims to create powerful multiplier effects—each educator trained will become a catalyst, transferring knowledge to numerous peers and students. This will establish a sustainable cascade of expertise throughout educational institutions. ➡️ The CETS will uniquely integrate computational thinking with green skills, and entrepreneurship with social responsibility—preparing educators to teach the full spectrum of competencies students need for tomorrow's challenges. Through our planned blended learning approach, combining online modules with interactive face-to-face sessions, we're building a network of educational innovators in Higher Education and VET who will transform teaching methods across Europe. 💡 Learn more about our CETS: https://lnkd.in/dUHKqr8X #EducationalInnovation #ErasmusPlus #ComputationalThinking #SkillTraining

A staggering statistic: Nearly four in five SMEs across the EU cannot find the talent they need to grow and compete. 👀 This skills gap isn't just a business problem—it's threatening Europe's competitiveness on the global stage. The European Commission is responding with its ambitious "Union of Skills" initiative that aims to: - Strengthen basic and advanced skills across the EU - Create systems for regular upskilling and reskilling - Make it easier to use qualifications across borders - Attract and retain top talent in Europe Key innovations include a Basic Skills Support Scheme, a new EU Vocational Education and Training Strategy, and an EU Talent Pool to connect employers with skilled workers from outside the EU. 🚀 At ComeThinkAgain, we're proud to be part of this solution as an Erasmus+ Alliance for Innovation project. We're working to promote Computational Thinking, Digital Competences, Entrepreneurship Education, and Green Skills to help bridge this critical talent gap.
