The NYC Local Law 97 Compliance Portal is now open! The deadline for all buildings in NYC over 25,000 square feet is May 1st, 2025. Even if your building is under the emissions limits, you still need a Registered Design Professional (RDP) to review and complete your LL97 submission, which is far more complicated than the annual LL84 benchmarking submissions. Have questions? Our RDPs can help. Contact CodeGreen, the original local law compliance experts. LL97@codegreensolutions.com #NYCLL97 #BPS
