Our development team has a track record of repositioning commercial real estate across multiple asset types. CIM's Alex Kolodziejczyk, Vice President, Development, has participated in several such projects over his nine-year tenure at CIM, including 701 Hudson, an office-to-residential conversion project completed in September 2024. Take a look at our recent volunteer endeavors: 📌 CIM team members in Los Angeles joined forces with Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust to help clean up Erica Glazer Community Park in West Adams. 📌 Volunteers from our Phoenix office helped pack 166 boxes of nutritious meals for children living in underserved communities across with world with Feed My Starving Children. 📌 The CIM Phoenix office collected over 60 pounds of bedding donations for Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

A decadent new steakhouse is now open in Downtown Miami. Maple & Ash, a sophisticated wood-fired steakhouse by Maple Hospitality Group and MICHELIN-star chef Danny Grant, opened its third and largest location yet at Miami Worldcenter. The venue features Maple & Ash's signature menu, including the famous fire-roasted seafood tower, an extensive wine and cocktail program named "one of the most outstanding in the world" by Wine Spectator, and distinct gathering areas like the Studio, a speakeasy-style lounge. “We couldn’t be more excited to bring Maple & Ash to Miami, a city that has truly emerged as one of the most dynamic and flourishing culinary markets in the country,” said Jim Lasky, Managing Partner of Maple Hospitality Group. Earlier this month, we announced $2 billion in new financing to complete the construction of Novva Data Centers' 175MW, 100-acre campus in the Salt Lake City suburb of West Jordan, Utah from JPMorganChase and Starwood Property Trust. In late 2023, we shared the exciting news that Main Event would be joining the roster of retailers and attractions at our property Montclair Place, a 1.2 million-square-foot regional shopping and entertainment destination in the heart of Montclair, California. The venue officially opened at the center in January, and the final space looks incredible! The location offers Main Event's signature array of family entertainment activities, including bowling lanes, laser tag, escape rooms, banquet rooms, and more.
