We had a great time last week at the groundbreaking event for the first phase of the Menifee Valley Business Park, celebrating the start of a major new development in the Inland Empire. In total, the project will feature six state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 5,148,290 square feet, all available for lease in one of Southern California’s most sought-after locations. The National Anthem was performed by the talented Heritage High School Marching Band, and guests enjoyed a delicious lunch catered by Papa Smash. We also received recognitions from California State Senator Kelly Seyarto, and State Assembly member Bill Essayli who value the importance of this project to the local area. Further, Menifee City Council members Robert Karwin Esq, Dean Deines and Dan Temple all shared their support for this transformative project. A landmark transformation for a more sustainable future at 30 Fenchurch. ⚡️ In collaboration with our occupiers and supply chain partners, we are undertaking the full electrification of this 545,000 square foot building, replacing gas boilers and water cooled chillers with new, energy efficient air source heat pumps and air cooled chillers, all while the building remains open for business. This strategic upgrade has significantly enhanced energy efficiency and future-proofed the building ahead of the 2030 MEES legislation deadline.
