Earlier this week, our Chairman and CEO Lorenzo Simonelli met with participants of our #BakerHughesUniversity in Florence, Italy. While there, Lorenzo spent time with each of the 16 young talents from customer companies who are taking part in the 2.5-month Next Leader program, discussing the forces shaping the global energy landscape and answering their questions on topics such as energy trends, technology applications, and leadership best-practices. The day also included a special celebration of the University's 20th anniversary, highlighting its remarkable achievements over the years: ✔️ 65 courses delivered (including Next Leader, Senior Leader, Climate Technology programs and Customized courses) ✔️ 1,750+ professionals trained ✔️ 260+ customers companies ✔️ 55+ nationalities represented Thank you to our program participants, our customer companies, Paolo Noccioni and Paolo Ruggeri, and our Baker Hughes University team: Barbara Del Sala, Cinzia Azzarri, Siria Ranieri, Margherita Marini and Giulia Filippone for helping to make the visit and the celebration a success. Last week, members of our executive leadership team had the opportunity to visit our Artificial Lift headquarters in Claremore, Oklahoma. As a key hub for our production solutions operations, the site includes a world-class research and technology center and a 210,000-square-foot manufacturing area, standing as a pillar of artificial lift innovation and modern oilfield advancement. The site also houses our Leucipa™ integrated remote operations center, a state-of-the-art surveillance center where we monitor ESPs for customers around the world. https://lnkd.in/g_23xiZv In addition to touring the facility and meeting the local team, they also met with Matt Pinnell, the Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma, Jeff Starling, the Oklahoma Secretary of Energy and Environment, and Chris Schinnerer, Oklahoma Deputy Secretary of Energy and Environment to discuss how we can help support the Oklahoma energy landscape now and well into the future.
