They know that our leadership team and full-time staff of multi-disciplined professionals and affiliated contractors have earned a reputation for producing innovative, client-focused solutions. And, our outstanding track record has earned us preferred fast-track partner status among some of the nation’s largest clients.
We have also employed the design/build delivery method for many of our clients, working under a single contract with the owner to provide design and construction services. From initial concept and pre-planning through completed construction and occupancy, our design/build expertise creates a highly specific budget structure that meets a client’s ultimate goal, and ensures a unified flow of work. Because we see a project through the eyes of a developer or owner — and accept greater responsibility for the final product — we insist on proactively value engineering a project from the earliest stages, thereby delivering significant cost savings, speed to market and quality craftsmanship.
In the end, Axis Construction Management builds confidence and ensures success from start to finish on projects large and small.
We are just three weeks away from the grand celebration of our first inclusive housing community, The Tower at Henry Avenue. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to foster a diverse and vibrant living environment. This community will bring together a wonderful mix of residents, including seniors seeking companionship, individuals with disabilities, empty-nesters looking for a fresh start, young families eager to create lasting memories, and students pursuing their academic goals.
In addition to unveiling this remarkable space, we are thrilled to announce that we will be joined by esteemed guests for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. State Representative Tarik S. Khan, Senator Vincent Hughes and Councilmember Curtis Jones, Jr. will be present to help inaugurate the building, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to the community.
