Aurora Textiles had the pleasure of hosting the IMEC Illinois Board of Directors at our Yorkville facility. Aurora’s President, Marcia Ayala, who is a member of the board, gave an overview of Aurora, which was followed by a tour of Aurora’s manufacturing plant, where The Directors were introduced to our production processes, continuous improvement efforts, and capabilities. Aurora is excited to highlight Luis Herrera’s 5-year anniversary! Luis is Aurora’s Industrial Wastewater Treatment Operator. He successfully uses TPM (total productive maintenance) in his work area to improve the operational efficiency. Throughout his journey at Aurora, Luis has worked in various roles, including in the fabric preparation area, always showing his commitment and versatility.  He states, “My favorite part about working at Aurora is the fact that they prioritize safety and recognize hard work!” #manufacturing #textileindustry #operator
