🚀 Onboarding shouldn’t feel like a chore—it should feel like progress. Most SaaS onboarding flows are boring. Users want to explore, but instead, they get stuck in endless tutorials. That’s where onboarding gamification changes the game. 🎮 ✅ Progress bars keep users moving ✅ Badges & rewards reinforce positive behavior ✅ Quizzes make learning interactive ✅ Multi-channel nudges keep engagement high When users enjoy onboarding, they adopt the product faster—and stick with it. How are you making onboarding fun? Read more 👉 : https://lnkd.in/eFe7BhPT

Creating great experiences for Appcues with Appcues

🚀 New Chapter Alert! 🚀 After a few years working with some of the best customers out there (you know who you are), I’m jumping into a new challenge—Lifecycle Marketing! 🎉 This means owning how we use Appcues at Appcues. No pressure, right? From in-app to email, I’ll be shaping the experiences that turn drive-by clicks into long-term engagement. Less “talking at” users, more guiding them to those aha moments that keep them around. And I’m doing it in public. I’ll be sharing the wins, the misses, and everything in between right here on LinkedIn and over at Made with Appcues, a new hub we’re building to document the real work of building (and re-building) our own user experiences. If you’re thinking about the same challenges, I’d love to connect—let’s swap notes! #LifecycleMarketing #ProductLedGrowth #CustomerEngagement

  • Users don’t sign up for your product because of features—they sign up to solve a problem. But how do you make sure they find the features that will actually help? ✅ An in-app checklist that guides them to the right features? Solid move. 📩 Pairing it with an email that nudges them if they don’t finish? Even better. 🔔 A well-timed push notification to bring them back? That’s the cherry on top. With Appcues, you can connect the dots for users—helping them unlock value faster, no extra tools (or devs) required. See how it works: https://lnkd.in/ep8j_Xba

User engagement isn’t what it used to be—generic, email-first strategies won’t cut it anymore. If you’re still relying on siloed communication tools, you’re leaving users behind. That’s why we built Appcues Workflows—to help teams send in-app messages, emails, and push notifications from a single platform and triggered by real user behavior. Join us on March 12 at 12PM ET to learn how Chrissy Quiñones at Fullstory and other teams are transforming engagement with Workflows. Don't miss out! 👉 https://lnkd.in/euvVAVFN

📋 What can you do with email and push messaging in Appcues? A lot. But here are a few favorites: 1️⃣ Nudge users who stall out during onboarding—get them back to the good stuff. 2️⃣ Remind trial users their time’s running out (and show them what they’ll miss). 3️⃣ Re-engage inactive users with a message that shows them what’s new. The best part? These messages work together. Whether it’s an email that links to an in-app tour or a push notification that points them to their next step, it’s all connected. Want more ideas?
