Congratulations to McKinley Forster, E.I.T. and Kylie Tawney, EIT on successfully passing their Professional Engineering exams!   Originally from Indiana, McKinley earned his civil engineering degree from The Citadel before being drawn to the scenic mountains of upstate New York, where he now calls home. At Anthem, he has played a key role in a variety of projects, from high-end custom homes and multifamily developments to large commercial structures.   "My experience at Anthem has been incredibly rewarding. I've had the opportunity to grow significantly as an engineer, thanks in large part to the amazing managers, mentors, and colleagues I work with every day. I look forward to many more exciting and challenging projects as I continue to advance my career as a licensed engineer."   Kylie grew up in the hills of North Carolina and found her way to Colorado by way of Clemson University. For nearly three years at Anthem, Kylie has been a lead contributor to a diverse range of residential projects, from multifamily developments to high-end luxury custom homes.   "During my time at Anthem, I have had the pleasure of working on projects that both challenge and inspire me, while being supported by incredible fellow engineers. My work here at Anthem has improved my confidence for solving complex engineering problems and prepared me for this next chapter as a licensed engineer."

We are beyond happy to announce the promotion of two A-Team members to Associate Principal. The biggest congratulations to Jeremy and Casey! Both have been integral forces in our Anthem culture, drive, and success, and we are looking forward to their continued impact. Jeremy Lynn is a proud Michigan State Alumni and Midwesterner, who vividly remembers packing up his red Tacoma, heading west to California. Working on the west coast in high-seismic zones were an amazing training ground, both professionally and personally, which eventually led him to Boulder, Colorado. “I've been lucky to work with some truly awesome managers, mentors, and clients over the last 20 years, and I try to pay that forward in my day to day. I'm genuinely delighted to be part of the Anthem Structural Engineers team, working alongside such bright, thoughtful, and passionate colleagues, and I'm excited for the bright future we'll build together.” Casey Casias, P.E.'s shift in title celebrates the completion of her first decade in structural engineering. The last four of those years have been with Anthem, and during her time here, she has worked on a wide variety of exciting, complex, and beautiful projects, ranging from preservation and reuse of historic masonry structures to soaring CLT residences and elegant modular living solutions. “While I relish the challenge and satisfaction of solving complex structural problems, the thing I love most about the work is its impact on my community and the relationships it has allowed me to form. I look forward to more decades helping to build a beautiful, sustainable world with that community.”
