⛈️ Severe weather, flooding and tornadoes swept through Louisiana this week, leaving many neighborhoods impacted. Our dedicated volunteers responded swiftly, assisting families in St. Landry Parish and Acadia Parish by providing clean-up supplies and assessing damaged homes. ⛑️ A huge thank you to Jasmine Holiday, Christopher Edmond and Clarence Lazard Sr. for stepping up alongside Chad, Disaster Program Manager, to support your neighbors in need. 🏡 Residents in the Cotile Lake/Wilda community are now safer from home fires following last weekend's smoke alarm installation. 💪🏽 Together with the Cotile VFD and the Cotile Lake Environmental Association, volunteer teams installed nearly 50 alarms, making close to 20 homes and 50 people safer from home fires!
