🖥️ In today’s fast-paced world, digital innovation is no longer just an advantage but rather a necessity. There are so many digital tools and technologies in existence, but which ones are going to help tackle your organisation’s challenges? 🎙️ In a recent podcast by STFC Business & Innovation, our computational scientist Tseden Taddese explains, through the lens of our Materials and Chemistry team, how STFC Hartree Centre helps companies address the specific challenges they face through computational modelling and simulation techniques. She also describes her fellowship experience with speciality chemicals and sustainable technologies company Johnson Matthey, together with two other Johnson Matthey fellows from STFC - Hamish C. from Central Laser Facility and Sneha Banerjee from ISIS Neutron and Muon Source. 💭 Reflecting on her fellowship, Tseden shared how this opportunity has enhanced collaboration between Johnson Matthey and the different teams across the Hartree Centre, enabling Johnson Matthey to explore a wider range of technologies they might not have considered otherwise: “Through my fellowship, the modelling team at Johnson Matthey found out that we also have the data science team, the AI team, and the quantum computing team, so they came to the Hartree Centre to discuss other collaborative opportunities.
