    👏 We’re thrilled to announce that Raidiam’s Open Futurist, Marie Walker, has been elected as co-chair of the newly-formed Open Finance Working Group at the MENA FINTECH ASSOCIATION. Marie will join Nihal Abughattas, Regional General Manager, MEA at Ozone API, as co-chair of this important initiative for the MENA region. As open finance advances across the region, the MTFA’s Open Finance Working Group—comprising leading industry executives—aims to drive innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity in MENA’s financial services ecosystem. Marie said: "A number of markets are already making considerable strides in Open Finance, and its success lies in building robust and secure ecosystems that inspire trust. This working group aims to foster collaboration among diverse ecosystem players, facilitate cross-border knowledge exchange, and drive the MENA region's growth while supporting its financial transformation.     🇦🇷 Last week in Buenos Aires, Raidiam led a two-day Open Finance workshop with the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA), bringing together more than 150 participants from government, regulators, banks, and fintechs. As part of our global mission to enable secure, scalable data-sharing ecosystems, our experts David Beardmore and Erick Domingues shared insights on: 🔑 Foundational principles of Open Finance ⚙️ Technical standards and interoperability 🔐 Security frameworks to build trust 💡 Product development strategies 🌍 Real-world use cases from leading markets The sessions saw strong engagement from BCRA and the wider financial ecosystem - a clear sign that Argentina is taking meaningful steps towards Open Finance, with groundwork already underway and momentum building toward future regulation. We’re proud to support this journey, drawing on lessons from global pioneers like the UK and Brazil.
