March at NFU Mutual 📅 With lighter and longer days finally upon us, we’ve spent March enjoying our outdoor spaces and taking part in a variety of events and key moments at our head office in Tiddington, Stratford-upon-Avon. In March, we: 🥞 Started the month by indulging in some very tasty pancakes to celebrate Shrove Tuesday 🤝 Hosted our first Immersive Face-to Face Induction event of 2025 for our colleagues that have recently joined the business ☕ Celebrated the first anniversary of our new Café  ♀️ Held a variety of International Women’s Day events, both virtually and at our Tiddington head office 😎 Opened our Holiday Trading Window, an initiative that allows our employees to buy, sell or save up to 1 week of contracted hours ☀️ Made the most of the sunny days in our courtyard We’re excited to see what April has to bring. #NFUMutual #Induction #MarchMoments #WorkplaceCulture #GreatPlaceToWork

It’s incredible to see how much has changed over the years at our head office in Tiddington, Stratford-upon-Avon. Originally, the office featured a swimming pool, where employees could jump in and swim at lunch time or before/after work. The pool area boasted views of our maintained grounds towards the back of the building and was looked over by meeting rooms across two floors. Fast forward to today, and that space has been transformed into a dynamic and vibrant hub, where our people can grab a table or booth to eat and drink, as well as collaborate in a relaxed setting ☕💬 We are always evolving to create a supportive and inspiring work environment that empowers our colleagues to thrive – whether that’s through modern workspaces, team collaboration areas, or simply a place to unwind and connect. #NFUMutual #Workspace #EmployeeWellbeing #CompanyCulture #Innovation

We're proud to be a long-standing supporter of the Royal Countryside Fund, and yesterday, our Group Chief Executive, Nick Turner and NFU Mutual Chairman, Jim McLaren, were amongst a small group of invited guests, brought together at Buckingham Palace by His Majesty King Charles to celebrate 15 years of the Fund. The Fund was set up to help family farms and rural communities to thrive and be recognised for their role in creating a sustainable future for the countryside and our whole nation. Aligning with many of the values of NFU Mutual, Nick and Jim were introduced to His Majesty and had the opportunity to discuss our emphasis on supporting rural communities and the work of The NFU Mutual Charitable Trust. Our charity, Farm Safety Foundation (Yellow Wellies), was also in attendance with manager Stephanie Berkeley having the opportunity to talk to the King about the mental health of farmers, their recent Mind Your Head campaign and the work they are doing to help change attitudes towards mental health within farming communities. Thank you to The Royal Countryside Fund and His Majesty for inviting us to attend this celebration and congratulations on the 15th anniversary of The Fund 💛
