👉 I help SaaS & B2B founders 10X their revenue by changing how they think about marketing | £8M+ Sales Generated | Fractional CMO

You don’t need to spend $100K to get this outcome. That was my answer yesterday when a company asked: "Why are you a Fractional CMO and not full-time?" A Fractional CMO’s core responsibility is to bring: ✅ Cohesion & clarity across teams. ✅ Improved results as a by-product of better strategy. ✅ A shift in expectations & KPIs that drive actual performance. ✅ Innovation, fresh ideas, and execution frameworks. 80% of that work can be done in 90 days. Hiring a full-time CMO? 94% of companies either overpay for 9 months or their CMO is underdelivering. After the call, I reflected on the question. It was a great question. But my real answer? The one for me alone? Control & Freedom. 🟠 Control It’s choosing to work only with founders & CEOs who have drive and passion. It was working 22 hours yesterday— Not because of urgent deadlines. Not because I had to. Because I wanted to control what I can influence. Call it commitment. Call it motivation. It doesn't matter what you label it. But that kind of control has nothing to do with pay scale… And everything has to do with maximising personal control. 🟠 Freedom This morning, I walked on a beautiful sunny beach surrounded by smiling faces. With no time pressure this afternoon, I’ll hit the hills for a 7-9 mile trail run. No Rolex. No private jet. No pointy shoes are needed. Just the freedom to control my time. 👉 Fractional CMO = A fraction of the cost & the same (or better) outcomes as F/T. Curious - would you choose control and freedom over security? 👇

The Infinite Potential of the Learn-Teach Cycle Such a simple idea: One of the keys to infinite growth is a simple loop: Learn → Teach / Teach → Learn. Here’s the beauty of it: ✅ When you teach, you solidify what you’ve learned. ✅ When you learn, you uncover new insights to teach. This mindset is a game-changer: 💡 If you have 3+ years of experience in any field, you already have immense value to share. 💡 If you’re starting, your power lies in sharing what you’re learning and the results you’re getting along the way; even as a beginner, this inspires others to start. This creates a flow cycle with infinite potential for personal and professional growth. Fuel your life with what you love ❤️ 💡 Create marketing content and service/product solutions is monetising your life's experience 💡 Re-frame your professional goals as a journey of never-ending learning 💡 Don't wait for someday to be validated as the expert; share what you learnt today and start the Learn → Teach / Teach → Learn upward spiral. 👉 This simple mindset can reshape how you grow, lead, and deliver value. Question for you: What could you be sharing with others this week?

Making a $10K sale = same effort as a $100 sale 😅 Sounds counterintuitive, right? But here’s the reality 💡 It takes the same effort to sell a £100 product as it does to sell a £10K product. Here’s why high-ticket sales often feel easier: 1️⃣ The buyers are different. High-ticket buyers are decisive, value outcomes, and have the means to invest. 2️⃣ They’re not buying features and benefits —they’re buying outcomes. Whether saving time, making money, or achieving a new identity, they want results. 3️⃣ It’s about psychology, not pressure. Success in sales is 80% psychology, the art of managing emotions, and just 20% mechanics (the steps). But here’s what most sales-lead teams miss: If your sales process isn’t designed to nurture buyers over time, you’re leaving money on the table. 🛠 Only 3% of your audience is ready to buy right now. The other 97% need nurturing to become future buyers. Building a system to educate, inspire, and stay in touch with those prospects is the key to long-term sales growth. What’s your strategy for high-ticket sales? Do you have a nurturing system in place? Drop your thoughts in the comments—I’d love to hear how you tackle this! 👇

Good is the enemy of great. Sounds like a nice motivational sentence. In reality, if your life/business/sense of self is good, and you want GREAT... Then you must go to war with anything GOOD in your life/business/ self. When you stop working, you must find a new voice that keeps going. When you are about to leave the gym, you need to find a new voice to stay longer. When you are about to scroll on your screen after a "long day", you must find a new voice that puts your phone away and generates new energy for your family. If you're reading this... Have a GREAT 2025. #motivation #levels #ops #sales #reps
