Big Ideas 💡 Today, our Marketing and Communications Team spent time at one of neighbouring hotels, Innside by Meliá Hotels International where we used their 'Big Ideas' space to plan for the year ahead! It was fantastic to spend some time in a fresh environment to encourage some creative thinking and we can confirm... big ideas were definitely flowing! Thanks to Ruth Pollitt and Dominika Rak for hosting us and lovely to see Jennifer Small and Darren Pilling and enjoy some lunch too!

Celebrating 30 years of Travel Counsellors 🌟 Last November, we welcomed back the Travel Counsellors team for their annual conference for a full venue takeover. The weekend consisted of a varied and exciting itinerary, including creative and wellbeing activities, conference sessions, networking opportunities, and a gala awards dinner. Not only was the 2024 event special in that they were celebrating their 30th year, but there were also record attendance numbers from their international offices. This meant that it was key that the delegate experience surpassed expectations, which our team expertly delivered through high attention to detail, excellent service levels, and a tailored themed menu 🍴 "We’ve used Manchester Central a number of times in the past for our conferences and the team is incredible to work with. History made in a historical venue! 🏅 Last weekend was one for the BMX freestyle history books, as we hosted Red Bull Featured for a night of high-energy competition! 🥇 11 world-first tricks 🚲 16 of the world's best riders 🧑🤝🧑 Over 2,000 spectators The new competition concept, where riders had no repercussions for falling, pushed the boundaries of the sport and saw Olympic hero Kieran Reilly and Hannah Roberts crowned as Red Bull Featured Champions 🏆 The night, which was filled with never before seen tricks on custom built ramps, created an incredible buzz - here's to more record breaking and history making events 🙌
