  • ✨ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀!✨ We’re delighted to introduce the latest qualified panel speakers from the IBC, having successfully completed our famous Panel Training, a condensed version of the Progressive Panels programme! 🏆 After being expertly prepared by our team, members took the stage at a live training conference & received real-time feedback from expert mentors as well as taking part in mini media interviews to prepare for speaking on camera. And this training goes far beyond public speaking. Today, a new wave of IBC talent takes the stage at our signature Panel Training Live event — an energising, real-world opportunity to sharpen public speaking skills & impact. This dynamic session is a compact version of the full Progressive Panels training that helps professionals speak clearly, succinctly & with impact - even under pressure. But this isn’t just about panel appearances. The techniques our members build here boost their skills & confidence in client meetings, leadership discussions, presentations & anywhere they need to make their voice heard. A huge thank you to Miller Insurance Services LLP for hosting us & to CPO Natacha Craven, whose mentorship will add to the experience. By holding the training in your incredible conference space, we are able to offer our members the “real world” experience of speaking at a market event. The group had a great time conversing over lunch and watching the film 'Hidden Figures'.  🌟 In NYC, we sponsored an event with Insurance Breakfast Club. The event included a workshop followed by drinks and hors d'oeuvres. 40 women from across the industry came together to learn strategies on how to think on your feet, articulate ideas, and speak with impact. It was a lovely afternoon learning different strategies and engaging with peers! The energy & debate was fantastic & the members: ✅ Instantly expanded their professional networks across the market by meeting their fellow members ✅ Defined what success means to them as individuals for better clarity in their career goal setting ✅ Discussed the importance of open & diverse networks for career success ✅ Evaluated their current networks using our mapping tool to identify gaps & overlaps ✅ Assessed where & how they can focus their energy for the best results & committed to taking action. Valuable insights & inspiration have been shared & next, they’ll meet with their accountability groups to discuss which strategies they have applied & share the results they have achieved. We look forward to the next session where we will also hear about their progress & impact. The sessions have a profound impact on both people who stutter & allies, as reflected in the feedback received last year from over 100 people in 22 countries: ⭐️ 𝟭𝟬𝟬% of interviewees now feel 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 about their next interview as a person who stutters ⭐️ 𝟴𝟳% of interviewers 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 about their next interview with a person who stutters (with the remaining 13% feeling just as confident as before) ⭐️ 𝟴𝟴% agree that participating in the event helped them take a step toward to becoming 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿.
