We are delighted to celebrate The Hoxton, Florence, which opened its doors earlier this month. This hotel is the second for the brand in Italy, following the launch of The Hoxton, Rome in 2021 which we were also delighted to be part of.   This unique hotel, located in the historical centre of Florence, has 161 rooms split across two buildings: a 16th century late-Renaissance palazzo, and a 1980s Andrea Branzi-designed building. The property also features a brand new "House" category for guests who can choose to stay in a self-contained 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment with its own kitchen, dining and lounge. Alassio, a coastal-inspired Italian restaurant, and Enoteca Violetta, a vibrant, laidback wine bar, as well as two dedicated event spaces, complete the facilities at this beautiful new hotel.   Cumming Group UK & Europe acted as Technical Due Diligence Consultant, Project Manager, Cost Manager and Site Co-ordination throughout the project.    A big thank you to our dedicated team who completed this fantastic project.
