On March 28, 2025, OCS Philippines held its monthly bash for the month of March. Hosted by Operations Division 1's AOD, Anne Amerel. The event brought together employees and leaders to celebrate milestones, foster camaraderie, and recognize the outstanding contributions of its people. The program commenced with an opening prayer led by Monique Payong of Finance. Safety Officer Michael Montemayor then followed with safety talk presentation titled "Safety is our Priority," reinforcing the company's commitment to workplace safety and well-being. In his opening remarks, OCS Philippines COO Mario Pagatpatan highlighted the exciting Go Live initiatives for new clients. he emphasized how these partnerships reflect OCS growing reputation for excellence in service and the critical role each everyone plays in the company's success. A highlight of the event was the introduction of new hires, including John Pettley, Director for Business Excellence, alongside five other talented individuals who expressed their optimism for joining the company. The program continued with the announcement of six newly promoted employees, each recognized for their perseverance, dedication, and exceptional work performance.
