As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in attracting innovative (bio)pharmaceutical companies, fostering partnerships, and managing leasing agreements to support our growing community.   Key responsibilities: 👉 Act as an ambassador for Pivot Park, representing the campus nationally and internationally. 👉 Attract and support start-ups and growing (pharma and biotech) companies at Pivot Park. 👉 Identify, analyse, and facilitate commercial real estate and infrastructure requests within the pharma, biotech, and drug discovery sectors. 👉 Negotiate and finalise leasing agreements and collaboration contracts. 👉 Support start-ups in accessing funding opportunities and grant applications.   You will be part of a dynamic and international environment at the forefront of early drug discovery, working with renowned clients in the industry while engaging with an exciting start-up and scale-up community.
