De resultaten uit de monitors over 2024 liggen in lijn met eerdere jaren. Er zijn dus structurele aandachtspunten rondom de marketing die kinderen en jongeren bereikt. Voor voedingsreclame geldt dat er alleen in advertenties via jongerenwebsites een aanzienlijke afname van marketing was. Via alle andere bekeken media en locaties waren er toenames of was het beeld gelijk aan een jaar eerder. In het rapport wordt onder meer aandacht besteed aan: 👉 (Sluik)reclame op sociale media 👉 Tekenfilmfiguren op verpakkingen 👉 Marketing in sportcontexten 👉 Buitenreclame Opvallend is dat de marketing voor ongezonde voeding en alcohol vaak plaatsvindt op plekken en via kanalen die formeel niet specifiek op kinderen of minderjarige jongeren gericht zijn, maar waar zij wel gebruik van maken. Hierdoor vallen ze buiten het bereik van bestaande wet- en regelgeving en reclamecodes die betrekking hebben op minderjarigen. Hoewel het aantal daadwerkelijke overtredingen van de reclamecodes beperkt lijkt, dragen deze vormen van ‘algemene’ marketing in belangrijke mate bij aan het beeld van wat voor kinderen en minderjarige jongeren als normaal eten en drinken wordt gezien. De onderzoekers adviseren daarom regels voor reclame aan te scherpen en ‘gericht op kinderen en minderjarigen’ breder te definiëren. For the Netherlands, CEF presents opportunities to enhance transport efficiency and sustainability. The Rhombus concept plays a crucial role by strengthening multimodal connections and promoting the shift from road to water transport.   𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐄𝐅 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠? Applying for CEF co-financing not only provides financial benefits but also drives strategic growth, sustainability, and innovation. Through a new EU-funded Technical Assistance (TA) project, we are helping Moldovan authorities align road transport operations with European Union (#EU) standards, enhancing safety, efficiency, and sustainability in the country’s transportation network.   Our team will conduct an in-depth regulatory and policy review, identifying gaps and drafting necessary legal amendments. Our study will contribute to the groundwork for the European Commission’s review of the EPSR Action Plan in 2025, a pivotal moment for social policy in the EU. This project aims to assess the transposition, implementation, and enforcement of four key directives under the EPSR framework: 💎 Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Directive 💰 Adequate Minimum Wages Directive ⚖️ Work-Life Balance Directive 👫 Gender Balance on Company Boards Directive Our study will also identify legislative gaps, examine barriers to effective enforcement, and offer recommendations for improving implementation across the EU. 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 The study will focus on the implementation of these directives in a representative selection of EU Member State. We will: ✔️ Evaluate Transposition and Implementation ✔️ Analyse Enforcement Challenges ✔️ Advance Implementation Theories ✔️ Support EESC Priorities Our findings will directly support the Workers Group’s agenda, “Pushing for Social Progress,” by contributing to the EESC’s legislative work and interinstitutional dialogue. These insights will help guide future #EU #socialpolicy, ensuring that the EPSR Action Plan achieves its objectives and delivers tangible benefits to citizens.
