This milestone marks a major step forward, ensuring we have the liquidity and flexibility needed to invest in our business and accelerate our transformation. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Debt reduced to approximately €800 million • Additional liquidity of €235 million • Debt maturity extended to 2030 The long-term outlook for the cycling industry remains positive, supported by government incentives and green mobility infrastructure investments. With a reinforced financial structure and a commitment to operational excellence, Accell is well-positioned to return to historic EBITDA levels and drive sustainable growth.

Following a remarkable year, in which many milestones have been achieved, Tjeerd Jegen will step down as CEO and following a transition period, he will become the Chair to the Supervisory Board of Accell, with Annemarie Jorritsma, the current Chair, transitioning to Vice Chair.   We are sure that with Jonas Nilsson at the helm, Accell is well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead.
