Last month, Pos Malaysia Berhad was thrilled to be part of the KL Tigers RFC International Rugby 10's tournament as the Logistics Partner, showcasing our continued logistics capabilities beyond borders. From 22nd to 23rd February, we brought our expertise to support the 168 competing teams from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan, uniting young rugby talents across age groups from U6 to U18, alongside a veterans' match and a dedicated girls' Touch Rugby section.   As this marked our second-year logistics collaboration with KL Tigers Rugby Football Club, we are honoured to be part of Asia's premier rugby event, which has been around since 2015. Beyond the sportsmanship on display, the tournament brought unmatched fun and energy to all 7,000+ spectators.   Our logistics capabilities through Pos Logistics were showcased through providing a 2.5-tonne Pos Logistics container to securely store event items. Pos Fulfill also packed rugby kits for delivery to customers. Additionally, we had on-ground activations for children to enjoy, such as "Beat the Passing Time" rugby ball challenges, speed delivery runs, penalty kicks, and target points delivery, alongside our Pos Shop and Retail activation selling food, jerseys and stamps.   None of these achievements would have been possible without the tireless dedication of our Wiras whose commitment to delivering excellence brought smiles to thousands at this iconic event.   #PosMalaysia #KLTigers #Rugby #Partnership #OneTeam #DelightingCustomers

Following the tremendous success of the first Sentuhan MADANI Kiosk at Putrajaya, we are thrilled to share that the second kiosk was launched at KL Sentral Station last week. This strategic expansion will further enhance accessibility to over 100 government services for the public. At the launch, Minister of Transport, YB Anthony Loke also announced plans for a third kiosk to open at 1 Utama Shopping Centre in Petaling Jaya this April! The 1 Utama location was specifically chosen for its central positioning, allowing more customers to access crucial services from Pos Malaysia Berhad, JPJ, Tenaga Nasional, Employees Provident Fund, Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad and MyDigital ID—even outside traditional office hours. Our Head of Retail, Khazalin Ghuzal, represented #PosMalaysia at the KL Sentral launch event, reaffirming our organisation's dedication to this government-led digital transformation that brings convenient, user-friendly public services closer to the rakyat. We are thrilled to announce that our National Mail Centre in Shah Alam has been awarded the prestigious Diamond Recognition in the Low Carbon Cities 2030 Challenge (LCC2030C) programme! This recognition from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) through Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) celebrates our significant achievement in reducing carbon emissions in the energy category by 12.45% compared to 2020 – equivalent to 707.76 tCO2e. Low Carbon Cities is an initiative by the MGTC under NRES to help shift Malaysian cities towards a low carbon future. To achieve this, the Low Carbon Cities Framework was established in 2011, aimed to guide local authorities, universities and all states nationwide in transforming their cities into low carbon cities. The framework addresses carbon emissions in four main areas, namely urban environment, urban infrastructure, urban transport and buildings. The award ceremony was made even more special with the presence of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, YB Tuan Nik Nazmi bin Nik Ahmad who officiated the event along with the ministry’s Secretary General. Representing our organisation was the Energy & Sustainable Facilities Manager, Ir. Sr Ts. Mohd Hanapi Azizul.
