This commitment was put into action when our security and operations team swiftly responded to a vandalism incident involving the unauthorized usage of the MRT logo at MRT Taman Equine Station. The moment the report was received, Zone 5 Chief SJN PB Mohamad Suhaimi led a thorough investigation, building on the initial vigilance and swift actions of the Auxiliary Police team. As part of the team on duty, KPB Rohaizad Sudikin was instrumental in identifying a suspect—an individual in a black car seen placing unauthorized MRT logo stickers near the station. Upon spotting the suspicious activity, the team took a careful approach by maintaining surveillance to minimize any potential interference. When the individual arrived later to retrieve the vehicle, KPL PB Rini, LKPL PB Mohd Adi Fal Haqim, LKPL PB Abdul Aziz, and Station Manager Hakim followed with an in-depth inquiry, ensuring the matter was handled smoothly with due diligence and professionalism. The suspect was then issued with an official warning letter for unauthorized use of MRT branding. This incident underscores Prasarana’s unrelenting focus in safeguarding the integrity and safety of its public transport network. The prompt and coordinated actions by the Auxiliary Police team and operational staff displayed Prasarana’s cultural beliefs in action. By responding proactively, upholding integrity, and engaging in transparent communication, the team effectively averted any potential harm to public trust stemming from the misuse of the authorized logo. To honour the dedication and invaluable contributions of our media partners in disseminating information about Malaysia’s rail and bus operations, Prasarana hosted its annual Iftar & Friendly Gathering with Editors at the Hotel Concorde, Kuala Lumpur. This meaningful event brought together over 100 media professionals who joined Prasarana’s senior management for an evening of gratitude and collaboration. Their presence, despite numerous commitments, reaffirmed their support for Prasarana’s mission in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation services. A key highlight of the evening was the exclusive premiere of Prasarana’s Raya video-Maaf, which carries a heartfelt message about cherishing family bonds. Starring veteran actor Jalil Hamid and Nesa Idrus, the video serves as a reminder of the importance of love and forgiveness, especially during Aidilfitri. Maaf  is now available for public viewing on Rapid KL’s official social media platforms starting 26th March 2025. In his address, the Prasarana’s Group President and Chief Executive Officer, En. Mohd Azharuddin Mat Sah, expressed his deep appreciation for the media’s role in shaping public awareness -“The media plays a crucial role in delivering information to the public. Through this strong collaboration, we hope to further enhance public understanding of Prasarana’s initiatives and improvements in the country’s public transportation sector.” Adding to the evening’s significance, Prasarana welcomed childrens from Rumah Kasih Nurul Hasanah as part of its ongoing corporate social responsibility efforts. In observance of Earth Hour on 22nd March, Prasarana reaffirmed its responsibility towards sustainability by switching off lights for an hour at Menara Prasarana. Initiated by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Earth Hour is a global movement that raises awareness of energy conservation and climate action, with some cities reporting up to a 4% reduction in energy consumption during the event.   Beyond this initiative, Prasarana actively contributes to sustainability through various efforts, including promoting public transportation as an energy-efficient alternative, implementing eco-friendly operational practices, and exploring renewable energy solutions. Selain buah kurma yang amat sinonim dengan bulan Ramadan, bubur lambuk juga merupakan juadah yang popular setiap kali tibanya bulan yang penuh berkah. Keenakan aroma dan citarasa yang memikat menjadikan ia juadah popular di kalangan penggemar. Sempena bulan mulia ini, Prasarana Malaysia Berhad (Prasarana) menerusi program Prasarana Prihatin dengan kerjasama Persatuan Wanita Berdaya Lembah Subang 1 (WBLS) telah mengambil inisiatif dalam penganjuran Program Kawah Bubur Lambuk bagi mengeratkan hubungan dengan komuniti serta memupuk semangat kebersamaan. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkukuh hubungan melalui jalinan erat bersama komuniti setempat, khususnya penduduk Program Perumahan Rakyat (PPR). Ketua Pegawai Operasi MRT Rapid Rail, Ir Arnizan Ariffin berkata, “kami terpanggil untuk mengadakan program gotong-royong memasak bubur lambuk bersama komuniti PPR Lembah Subang 1 kerana komuniti ini amat rapat dan dekat di hati Prasarana. Ia ditambah dengan lokasi PPR ini terletak bersebelahan dengan Kompleks Rapid Rail dan Menara Prasarana Subang.” “Setiap hari penduduk ini melihat operasi dan kemajuan sistem rel Laluan Kelana Jaya menerusi jendela rumah mereka. Selain itu, ia juga mencerminkan komitmen syarikat dalam tanggungjawab korporat.” ujar Arnizan. Program Kawah Bubur Lambuk melibatkan aktiviti penyediaan, memasak, pembungkusan, dan pengagihan bubur lambuk kepada komuniti setempat. Sebanyak 600 pek bubur lambuk telah diagihkan bermula jam 2.00 petang kepada penduduk setempat, selain pengedaran 40 set kotak makanan keperluan harian kepada golongan yang memerlukan. Sementara itu, Presiden Persatuan Wanita Berdaya Lembah Subang 1, Puan Isham Bt Romli menzahirkan penghargaan terima kasih di atas kesudian Prasarana untuk melibatkan komuniti kecil seperti WBLS dalam program yang penuh bermakna. “Sokongan dan bantuan yang diberikan ini memberi semangat kepada wanita-wanita di WBLS, yang kebanyakannya merupakan ibu tunggal dan golongan B40, untuk terus berusaha membangunkan kehidupan mereka”. ujar Puan Isham Program Prasarana Prihatin adalah satu inisiatif syarikat dalam membantu komuniti dan menyumbang kepada kesejahteraan serta sosio ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Semangat kebersamaan dan nilai murni yang diterapkan dalam program ini mencerminkan usaha kolektif dalam membina masyarakat yang lebih prihatin dan bersatu padu selaras dengan hasrat kerajaan Madani. Prasarana amat berbesar hati untuk terus menjalankan inisiatif sebegini pada masa akan datang, dengan harapan agar manfaatnya dapat dirasai oleh lebih ramai pihak.
