This Ramadan, Touch 'n Go partnered with MyFundAction for a heartwarming Raya shopping experience with children bravely battling cancer. Around 40 passionate employees from Touch 'n Go Group came together on a meaningful Sunday to spread festive joy. Each employee was paired with a child and their family, and they guided the children in choosing their dream Raya outfits and essentials — making sure they were all set to celebrate the holiday in style and joy! Adding to the excitement, the children were thrilled to meet Malaysian singer Sarah Suhairi and influencer Siti Awe. Alongside the shopping, we distributed aid kits with essentials like milk formula and hygiene products, each accompanied by a handwritten card from our employees offering warm encouragement and Raya greetings. More than just shopping, this event was about love, hope, and the spirit of togetherness during the Ramadan and Hari Raya season. A heartfelt thank you to MyFundAction, our special guests, and our incredible employees for making such a meaningful impact and creating wonderful memories for the children. Selamat Hari Raya from all of us at Touch 'n Go!

We had the privilege of hosting Tun Zaki Tun Azmi, Chairman of PINTAR Foundation and former Chief Justice of Malaysia, for an engaging meet-and-greet session with our CEO, Praba Sangarajoo, and Chief Corporate Development Officer, Joy Deng L. This meeting provided an excellent opportunity to reaffirm our shared mission of empowering youth through our ongoing School Adoption collaboration. As we prepare for the next phase of the initiative, both leaders discussed strategic ways to enhance students’ learning experiences by incorporating real-world exposure. By bridging the gap between education and industry practices, we aim to equip the next generation with essential knowledge and skills that go beyond the classroom. A memorable highlight of the session was our CEO’s live demonstration of the cutting-edge functionality of our digital business cards - exemplifying the seamless integration of technology into professional practices. Before the PINTAR team departed, we helped Tun Zaki install the Touch ‘n Go RFID tag on his vehicle and link it to his Touch ‘n Go eWallet, allowing him to experience firsthand how technology and convenience come together in everyday life. We look forward to continued collaboration with PINTAR Foundation as we work together to create a brighter future for Malaysia’s youth

Yesterday, we proudly launched the Touch ‘n Go Wildlife Edition Charm 2025. It marks the beginning of a movement we call Charms for Change - a national call to action to protect Malaysia’s most endangered species. In collaboration with WWF-Malaysia, we’re turning small, everyday actions into powerful tools for awareness and conservation. Every tap, top-up, and transaction can now carry purpose. Because conservation shouldn’t sit on the sidelines - it should be part of how we live, move, and shape our future. Each NFC-enabled charm represents one of four endangered species native to Malaysia - the Bornean orangutan, the Malayan tiger, the Bornean elephant, and the marine turtle. These animals are more than just wildlife. They’re symbols of our natural heritage and the legacy we choose to protect. A portion of proceeds from every charm will go directly to WWF-Malaysia’s conservation work - protecting habitats, supporting research, and safeguarding these fragile populations. We were honoured to have YB Datuk Fahmi Fadzil, Minister of Communications, officiate the launch and lend his voice to this meaningful cause. The event was also a celebration of giving back. Touch ‘n Go proudly presented RM20,000 to Pusat Tuisyen Anak Malaysia, a community initiative dedicated to providing academic support to children from underserved backgrounds in Lembah Pantai. In turn, YB Datuk Fahmi Fadzil, who is also Member of Parliament for Lembah Pantai, contributed RM20,000 to WWF-Malaysia in support of its vital conservation efforts. Touch ‘n Go CEO, Praba Sangarajoo said, “As a homegrown brand, we’re proud to support the protection of Malaysia’s natural heritage. Our Wildlife Edition Charms reflect the creativity and passion of Malaysians, with a mission to inspire fellow Malaysians to protect our endangered species. We would like to thank Chairman of WWF-Malaysia, Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar and the Board of Trustees of WWF-Malaysia for their support and trust in making this meaningful collaboration possible. Together, we are driving greater awareness and action for Malaysia’s endangered wildlife.” “We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to YB Datuk Fahmi Fadzil for graciously officiating the launch of our Touch ‘n Go Wildlife Edition Charm. We truly appreciate his shared passion for wildlife conservation and his support in safeguarding Malaysia’s endangered species for future generations." It was a proud day for partnership, purpose, and impact. To everyone who made this possible — thank you. Together, we can make a real difference. Get your charm. Start the conversation. Raise awareness. Let’s protect what makes Malaysia unique.

In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadan, Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (Touch ‘n Go) partnered with the Malaysian Highway Concessionaires Association (PSKLM), Malaysia Highway Authority (MHA), and Prolintas to distribute 500 packs of bubur lambuk at the Sg Balak Toll Plaza on the SILK Highway. This annual initiative, which has become a meaningful tradition, aims to spread festive cheer while encouraging road safety. By sharing a warm meal with road users, we hope to foster unity, compassion, and togetherness – values that reflect the true spirit of Ramadan. It’s a simple reminder of the importance of looking out for one another, both on the road and in our daily lives. We were honoured to have Ir. Ts. Roszaidi Roslan, Deputy Director, Central Region of MHA, grace the event. Accompanying him were our CEO, Mr. Praba Sangarajoo; Datuk Ir. Hj Zakaria Ahmad Zabidi, President of PSKLM; Encik Muhammad Nizam Alias, Group CEO of Amanat Lebuhraya Rakyat Berhad; Mr. Lyndon Alfred Felix, CEO of West Coast Expressway; Dato’ Faisal Shahbudin, CEO of Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd; Datin Radzimah Mohd Radzi, Executive Director of AFA PRIME Berhad; Encik Azmee Nin, Deputy President of PSKLM / General Manager, Toll Operations of Prolintas Managers Sdn Bhd; Encik Ahmad Fuad Ahmad Shahimi, Chief Operating Officer of LATAR Expressway; and Puan Hajah Wan Salwani Wan Yusoff, Secretary General of PSKLM / CEO, Toll Division of IJM Corporation Berhad. Also present were Encik Ainul Hasri Shah, Deputy Secretary General of PSKLM, Mr. Paramjeet Singh, Treasurer of PSKLM, Encik Shah Rizal Mohamed Fawzi, Strategic Communications Bureau, PSKLM, and Pn Nur Amani Zakaria, Industrial Relations Bureau, PSKLM. In addition to distributing bubur lambuk to road users heading home to break their fast, we took the opportunity to emphasise the importance of road safety by presenting safety vests to motorcyclists to enhance their visibility, especially at night. Road safety is a shared responsibility, and as part of our commitment to improving journeys, we aim to raise awareness about the small but essential actions that can help reduce accidents and save lives. By promoting safety-conscious practices, we hope to contribute to safer roads for everyone. At Touch ‘n Go, nurturing community connections and advancing safer, smoother travel experiences remain at the heart of what we do. This initiative is just one way we show our appreciation for the millions of Malaysians who use our highways every day. We are proud to be part of a campaign that not only nurtures togetherness during Ramadan but also promotes safety and well-being on our roads.

Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd recently had the pleasure of hosting Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) at our head office. Our CEO, Praba Sangarajoo, was on hand to welcome MyCC CEO, Encik Iskandar Ismail and his senior management team. The visit highlighted how Touch ‘n Go has evolved from a cashless payment provider for highway users into a comprehensive end-to-end mobility solutions provider, reinforcing our commitment to Malaysia’s transition toward smart, digital infrastructure. A big thank you to Encik Iskandar and his team from MyCC for taking the time to visit us!

My team and I had the opportunity to visit to Touch & Go Sdn. Bhd. (TnG) recently. Our discussions focused on several exciting topics, particularly the latest technological advancements in their pilot project for the Multi-Lane Fast Flow (MLFF) system. It was fascinating to hear how the MLFF system is set to revolutionize toll collection in Malaysia by eliminating traditional toll booths and creating a seamless and efficient free-flowing traffic experience. During our visit, we were given a tour of the MLFF Center of Excellence, where we were able to take an in-depth look at the operations and real-time monitoring of transactions. The center showcased the cutting-edge technology behind the MLFF system. What struck me most was learning about TnG's evolution in digitalizing its operations. We saw how they have moved from using physical cards to embracing a wide array of digital payment solutions like RFID technology, e-wallet integrations and contactless payments. It was an insightful visit, giving me a better understanding of how TnG is at the forefront of transforming payment systems in Malaysia.
