＜職務概要＞

QMS（品質マネジメントシステム）のスペシャリストとして、AN/EN/JISQ9100、ISO9001、DSPZ9008などの国際および顧客要求規格に基づいた品質保証活動を推進する。特に、DSPZ9008要求における品質要素確認など（QEV: Quality Element Verification）への対応を通じ、プロジェクト全体の品質基準の適合性確保をリードする。全社的な品質保証の改善および維持に向け、プロセス標準化、監査対応、国内外の供給業者管理、教育活動を担う。

主な職務内容

• QMS運用の統括と改善
• AN/EN/JISQ9100、ISO9001、DSPZ9008を基準とした品質マネジメントシステムを開発、実装、監視、改善する。
• 各プロジェクトのQMS要件の適合性を評価し、文書化する。
• 内部監査・外部監査を計画、実施し、フォローアップする。
• DSPZ9008およびQEV対応
• DSPZ9008に基づくプロジェクトの品質要素確認（QEV）プロセスを計画、実施し、記録する。
• QEVの実行に必要なデータを収集し分析し、顧客へ適切な報告書を作成する。
• QEV対応に関連するリスク・機会を評価し、適切な対策を講じる。
• プロジェクトチームおよび顧客とのQEVに関する定期的なコミュニケーションを推進する。
• 顧客・規格要求の管理
• 航空宇宙や製造業における顧客要求事項および適用法規制を特定し、反映する。
• DSPZ9008の特定要件を考慮したリスクと機会を評価する。
• 教育およびトレーニング
• 社員向けQMS教育プログラムを計画し実施する。
• 品質規格およびQEVプロセスに関する最新情報を共有し啓発活動を行う。
• その他の業務
• 品質指標を策定し報告を通じて経営層へ提言する。
• プロジェクト品質計画を策定し進捗を管理する。
  
  

• AN/EN/JISQ9100、またはDSPZ9008に基づく品質保証業務を5年以上経験。
• 品質マネジメントシステムの設計、運用、改善に関する実績。
• DSPZ9008の品質要素確認（QEV）プロセスの実務経験。
• 内部監査員資格またはそれに相当する知識と経験。
• 文書作成、プレゼンテーション、顧客対応能力。
• 高品質・信頼性システム製品の品質保証全般に関わる業務の遂行とテクニカル能力。
• 顧客満足（CS）を志向した顧客対応能力。
• 組織的かつ予算計画や日程計画を遵守するためのマネジメント能力。
• 業務遂行の中で発生する計画変更や日程変更に対する柔軟な対応力。
• 日本の国籍を有すること。

• AN/EN/JISQ9100、またはDSPZ9008に基づく品質保証業務を10年以上経験。
• 航空宇宙または防衛産業での実務経験。
• QMS導入に関わるプロジェクトリーダー経験。
• ビジネス英語による技術英会話及び、技術折衝等のコミュニケーション力（TOEICレベル750点以上が望ましい）
• 品質保証活動を通じて収集した品質記録文書、データのチェック＆レビュー、補完管理。
• 全社的な品質改善活動（KAIZEN活動）の推進。
• 全社的な中期事業計画における品質保証活動に関わるコスト削減計画及び、実行管理による会社事業計画への貢献。
• 論理的思考力を持ち、複雑な問題に柔軟かつ積極的に対応できる方。
• 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方。

As a specialist in Quality Management Systems (QMS), you will drive quality assurance activities based on international and customer-specific standards such as AN/EN/JISQ9100, ISO9001, and DSPZ9008. Specifically, you will lead the assurance of compliance with overall project quality standards through activities like Quality Element Verification (QEV) in accordance with DSPZ9008 requirements. You will be responsible for standardizing processes, managing audits, overseeing domestic and international suppliers, and conducting training activities to improve and maintain quality assurance across the company.

Oversee and Improve QMS Operations

• Develop, implement, monitor, and enhance the Quality Management System based on AN/EN/JISQ9100, ISO9001, and DSPZ9008 standards.
• Evaluate and document the compliance of QMS requirements for each project.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits.

DSPZ9008 and QEV Management

• Plan, execute, and document Quality Element Verification (QEV) processes for projects based on DSPZ9008.
• Collect and analyze data necessary for QEV execution and prepare appropriate reports for customers.
• Assess risks and opportunities related to QEV and implement suitable countermeasures.
• Promote regular communication regarding QEV with project teams and customers.

Manage Customer and Regulatory Requirements

• Identify and incorporate customer requirements and applicable regulations in the aerospace and manufacturing industries.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities considering the specific requirements of DSPZ9008.

Education and Training

• Plan and conduct QMS training programs for employees.
• Share the latest information on quality standards and QEV processes, and engage in awareness-raising activities.

Additional Duties

• Develop quality metrics and provide recommendations to management through reporting.
• Formulate project quality plans and manage their progress.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance based on AN/EN/JISQ9100 or DSPZ9008 standards.
• QMS Expertise: Proven track record in designing, operating, and improving Quality Management Systems.
• QEV Experience: Practical experience with the Quality Element Verification (QEV) process under DSPZ9008.
• Audit Skills: Qualification as an internal auditor or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in document creation, presentations, and customer interactions.
• Technical Ability: Capable of executing quality assurance tasks related to high-quality and reliable system products.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills aimed at achieving customer satisfaction (CS).
• Management Skills: Ability to manage organizational, budgetary, and scheduling plans effectively.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to changes in plans or schedules that may arise during project execution.
• The applicant must hold Japanese nationality
• Extended Experience: Over 10 years of experience in quality assurance based on AN/EN/JISQ9100 or DSPZ9008 standards.
• Industry Experience: Practical experience in the aerospace or defense industries.
• Project Leadership: Experience leading projects related to QMS implementation.
• Language Skills: Proficient in technical English communication and negotiations (TOEIC score of 750 or higher preferred).
• Documentation Skills: Ability to check, review, and manage quality records and data collected through quality assurance activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Experience in promoting company-wide quality improvement activities (KAIZEN).
• Cost Management: Involvement in cost reduction planning related to quality assurance activities within mid-term corporate business plans and contributing to business plan execution management.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong logical thinking skills with the ability to respond flexibly and proactively to complex problems.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
• QEV Expertise: Desire to leverage QEV experience to contribute to the enhancement of project quality.
