At the center of this activity is the leadership team who shared their thoughts on the day after the big event along with energetic pictures of themselves😊.   "To be honest, I was worried if everyone would enjoy themselves, but seeing my peers smiling and hearing them say, 'Thank you for the fun event,' made me very happy!🤝" "I worked on the planning for the initiation ceremony for six months with the desire to make this once-in-a-lifetime event a memory that everyone would cherish forever. To finally have the event come together and see my peers laughing and having fun gave me an overwhelming sense of joy."   It was a rainy and cold day that felt like mid-winter but everyone’s positive energy keep the venue nice and warm. Great job, Five Leaders! ** Please find English version below** 🎊 Initiation Ceremony at Bosch Japan 🎊 4月1日にボッシュグループ入社式を行いました。社内ではInitiation Ceremonyと呼んでいて会社主導の式典形式ではなく、新入社員が自らアイディアを出しコンセプトを決める入社式です。 今年のアクティビティは、役員さがしゲームとミニ四駆レースのコンビネーション！ 🧑💼🚗 一生に一度しかない新卒として入社する会社でのDay1を思い切り楽しみ、心に残る1日となりました。🎓 今日から新しい仲間を迎え、ボッシュは更にパワーアップします！🤝   On April 1st, we held the Bosch Group initiation ceremony. This is not a formal ceremony organized by the company, but rather an event where new employees come up with ideas and decide on the concept for themselves. This year's activities included both a scavenger hunt to find Bosch executives inside the company and a Mini 4WD car race! 🧑💼🚗 Joining a company as a new graduate is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and today’s event made for an unforgettable first day where everyone could create lasting memories. 🎓 With all the new members joining us from today, Bosch will be even more powerful! 🤝   #Bosch #2025 #InitiationCeceremony

**Please find English version below** 「ボッシュインターンネットワーキングデー！」🎉   3月27日に、横浜本社でインターンネットワーキングデー（IND）を開催しました！ 🏢 今回のイベントでは、インターン同士が交流するだけでなく、ボッシュについてさらに学ぶ機会となりました。   テーマは「　#LikeABosch　」。ボッシュでとても大切にしている企業文化に焦点を当てました。アイスブレイクのミニゲームの後、オフィス内でスカベンジャーハントを行い、集めた単語をつなげて企業の価値観に関連する文を完成させました。その後のワークショップでは、これらの価値観をさらに強化するための革新的なアイデアを考え出しました。🤝   参加してくださった皆さま、ありがとうございました！このイベントは大成功となり、皆さまに楽しんでいただけたことを願っています。😊   次回のINDも楽しみにしています！🩵 [Intern Networking Day at Bosch Japan]　🎉   In March, another Intern Networking Day (IND) took place at our Headquarters in Yokohama! 🏢   In this reoccurring event, interns have the chance to connect with each other as well as learn more about Bosch.   This month, the event was held under the topic #LikeABosch with focus on important aspects of our corporate culture. After some ice-breaking mini games, the participants went on a scavenger hunt through the office where they collected single words which in the end formed a sentence connected to our corporate values. In the following workshop, the interns came up with innovative ideas on how to further strengthen these values.　🤝   Thanks to all the participants, this event was another great success, and we hope that everyone enjoyed it. 😊 We are looking forward to the next IND! 🩵

In addition to functions like ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) and lane detection, it will be able to provide personalized navigation and voice assistance. Thanks to the know-how developed over many years in the fields of in-car infotainment and ADAS, Bosch is realizing the transformation to a centralized E/E architecture for vehicles with our solutions. The movie features two storylines: one captures the daily life within Bosch's actual office, while the other follows a junior from Morinaga-san's university student days who visits Bosch Japan, new HQ and meets Morinaga-san's boss.
