Cities of the Future! PDIE Group is keen on co-creating visions for a better tomorrow. Cities are crucial for the survival of our human civilization and at the same time put the largest footprint on our natural environment and ecosystems. We will host the sustainable city summit in Tokyo in May alongside the SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025 on May 8-10 and will introduce some future visions from different parts of the world leading up to our upcoming summit. Have you ever heard about Telosa City? Tech billionaire Marc Lore came up with first blueprints of this city in 2021 and BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group was selected as architectural partner to design this city from the scratch. The city will start with a development for 50,000 people and these people will be curated. The city will be based on principles Marc Lore calls “equitism” in which a fair distribution of wealth is an underlying concept. The land ownership will be distributed over the inhabitants in an endowment.
