Last week, participants in Goglio Sales Academy had an outdoor team building experience. The first day in the classroom, dedicated to fundamental topics such as communication, perception of one's own role, group dynamics, confrontation and active listening, set the basis for experiencing in the field the value of teamwork through the metaphor of rugby🏉. The participants learnt and put into practice the rules of the game through targeted exercises, which helped them develop cooperation and trust. The activity allowed them to integrate the cognitive dimension with the emotional one, thanks also to the physical involvement and fun.
