This morning, our content strategist Marika woke up and said, "How many Mondays does January even have? 8? 9? How many are we at now?" #January is the #Monday of the year. Period. And let’s be honest, we all collectively hate them both—January and Mondays, right? While working on our new communication strategy, we were brainstorming different formats to include. And then Marika asked: What’s that other thing in a content plan that always shows up uninvited, completely out of your control, and everyone hates? The #newsletter. So, why not create a newsletter that drops on Mondays and is even more annoying than Monday itself? Stay tuned.

Two days ago, we brilliantly decided to meet in person in Bologna to discuss the goals for 2025—what we’ll be doing, and what we’ll become in the next months. While doing that, we thought it would be a great idea to gather the team, ask them what they needed, and what their top goals and challenges were. That way, we could align our lofty visions with the harsh reality. We’ve realized that we’re at a point where we’re building our boat, laying down the solid foundation. We’ve also come to the stunning conclusion that our strength lies exactly in this: the eclectic mix of parts that, somehow, is already one unified whole.
