Aerospace engineering company - SmallSats and Human Space Flight

Chi siamo

Argotec is an Italian aerospace engineering company whose activities concern the production of small sats for deep space and the development of innovative solutions to support the astronauts’ comfort. Thanks to Argotec’s facilities and know-how, the company activities follow the “all in-house concept” includes design, development, integration, qualification and operation services. The company’s small sat platforms suitable also for deep space (6U or 12U version) offer highly-reliability, rad-hardness, volume for payloads and integrated propulsion systems. Argotec can directly monitor sats in space using its Mission Control Centre certified by NASA JPL Deep Space Network. Moreover, Argotec produces custom OBC (including on-board SW and processing algorithms) and EPS for its platforms.

Another goal for the HENON Mission 🚀 The engine that will power HENON is undergoing a critical phase: testing in the vacuum chamber of the Agency's electric propulsion laboratory at ESTEC.   The HENON mission will pioneer the use of a Distant Retrograde Orbit (DRO) in the Sun-Earth system, a trajectory never before employed for application and scientific purposes in the study of Space Weather. It will demonstrate the capability for near real-time monitoring of the deep-space environment, offering significant advantages for Space Weather prediction applications and services, and providing timely forecasts with significantly reduced warning times.   We are looking forward to receiving it at SpacePark to finally integrate it with our satellite.   Discover more information about the mission: https://lnkd.in/deQfa9j2 European Space Agency - ESA - ESA Technology

🔙 Throwback to the beginning!   On January 14, our HEO satellite embarked on its journey to space, marking a historic milestone for Argotec and the IRIDE Spazio.   In just 18 months, we turned vision into reality—designing, building, and launching a microsatellite capable of capturing and processing images directly in orbit. This achievement was made possible by the cutting-edge technology and industrialized processes developed at SpacePark, equipping us with the capability to rapidly and efficiently produce satellite at scale.   From the ground to the stars, HEO is now watching over our planet, awaiting the next satellites to join. And this is just the beginning.   🎥 Relive those unforgettable moments. Feel the joy. 🚀 European Space Agency - ESA Agenzia Spaziale Italiana Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri
