🌟 WorkAbility Wednesday 🌟 St Michael's House WorkAbility programme is co-funded by the Government of Ireland through the Dept. of Social Protection and European Union and supports individuals with disabilities prepare, train and gain meaningful employment in the community. Kerrie from Adare Hub, Darren from Caisleán, & Kate from Turas recently attended a mock interview at Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) offices in Lansdowne Rd. As part of the WorkAbility programme, they have been attending Work Skills Workshops to enhance their employment skills, including valuable interview preparation. The mock interview allowed them to practice their newly acquired skills and receive constructive feedback on what went well and areas for improvement, all thanks to the amazing support from Yvonne and Aileen from the Human Resources Department at IRFU.
