💧 Aide à l'achat de VUL à hydrogène : un soutien fondamental du Gouvernement à la mobilité hydrogène ! Le Gouvernement français a annoncé aujourd'hui un nouvel appel à projets pour le déploiement de véhicules utilitaires légers (VUL) à hydrogène à compter de 2025. Ce mécanisme soutiendra notamment le développement technologique de piles à combustible, contribuant à la montée en puissance de la #MobilitéHydrogène, une industrie française stratégique. 🤖Smaller, Better, Fitter, Stronger Optimizing volume and mass without compromising performance is a key challenge for product development in zero emission transportation. #FuelCell technology is at the forefront of sustainable mobility, and it strives to deliver the right power output without size and weight constraints. How did we manage to achieve a state-of-the-art compactness on our StackPack™ 75 fuel system? One of the answers lies in 3 letters: ECB. All-in-one: combining all electrical functions in just one Electric Conversion Box (ECB)⚡ What is ECB? It is an in-house innovation of Symbio which combines the HVSU (High Voltage Safety Unit) and DC-DC (Direct Current Converter) that were previously distinct components, into a single one. Electrical functions such as electric power conversion, electrical safety, and auxiliary power distribution are integrated as an all-in-one smaller-size efficient system. From an industrial perspective, this component rationalization improves manufacturing lead times. On the product side, it enables a breakthrough volume reduction of our fuel cell product range, starting with our StackPack™ 75 model. Small but powerful: StackPack™ 75, our brand-new, mass production 75 kW #FuelCell system features benchmark compactness engineered to improve integration, space efficiency, and modularity in buses, coaches, trucks, and off-road equipment. 🔋 Ease of integration: the small volume allows seamless integration of the system into the engine bay. 🤏 Space gain: that can be used for other components or features, such as the cooling system or increasing room in the passenger area or cargo compartment particularly in buses and coaches. 🧩 Modularity: thanks to its parallelepiped design, our system is extremely modular, providing the flexibility to combine several systems side-by-side or vertically, to reach desired power output. With a volume of 268 L and a mass of 200 kg, our new StackPack™ 75 offers a gain of 30% compared to the pre-industrialized version. 💧🚍 Une étape majeure pour la mobilité hydrogène en France et en Europe 🚍💧 #SymbioInside | La Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes vient de réceptionner le premier car rétrofité à l’hydrogène par GCK Mobility, équipé de notre pile à combustible StackPack™ 75 kW. Une étape majeure pour Symbio et pour toute la filière hydrogène en France et en Europe! Ce premier véhicule, issu d’une commande de 50 cars, qui seront déployés progressivement sur deux ans, est une avancée concrète de l’engagement de la Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes à intégrer l’hydrogène dans son réseau interurbain et à en faire un modèle pionnier en France et en Europe. Plus largement, cette livraison marque un tournant vers une mobilité zéro émission où l’hydrogène joue un rôle central dans la décarbonation des transports. Ce projet est un moteur de la réindustrialisation de nos territoires avec des compétences de pointe et des emplois durables dans la filière H2. Le transport routier de passagers représente 27% des émissions de gaz à effet de serre en France. La Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes s'engage pour la décarbonation des mobilités avec l’acquisition des premiers autocars rétrofités à hydrogène. Aujourd’hui la Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes a réceptionné son 1er car hydrogène sur les 16 cars commandés à GCK Mobility. 👉 16 cars rétrofités Hydrogène (H2) du réseau « la Région vous transporte » circuleront d’ici cet été sur des lignes autour de Lyon, Grenoble et Annecy, ce qui constitue une première en Europe. Coût de l’opération : 8 millions d’euros. 💪 C’est un véritable écosystème de l’hydrogène qui a été impulsé en 2017 par Laurent Wauquiez alors président du conseil régional, puis poursuivi sous la présidence de Fabrice PANNEKOUCKE : produire, consommer et distribuer de l’hydrogène. La Région se donne les moyens de ses ambitions : ✔️ En créant 7 stations-services permettant à des véhicules équipés de circuler en toute sécurité sur l'ensemble de son territoire sans craindre la panne sèche et 6 autres qui deviendront opérationnelles courant 2025. Un réseau porté par les investissements de la société HYmpulsion (sous forme d’un partenariat public-privé réunissant la Région, ENGIE, Michelin, la Banque des Territoires et le Groupe Crédit Agricole) ✔️ En décarbonant le parc de véhicules et réduire l’impact environnemental de manière considérable avec une baisse de 87 % d’émissions de CO2 par rapport au neuf. ✔️ En soutenant la réindustrialisation de la région et l’emploi local avec une forte valeur française européenne dont 50 % régionale. De l’assemblage à la fabrication, par exemple ici chez GCK Mobility, ou chez Symbio pour la production de nos piles à combustible. ✔️La Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes est encore une fois pionnière en la matière : première région en France, sans équivalent en Europe, à porter tout un écosystème autour de l’hydrogène. 🙏 Un grand merci à Eric Boudot, président chez GCK Mobility et à son directeur général Philippe JACQUES pour avoir relevé ce challenge avec la Région.
