Witnessing hundreds of autonomous vehicles navigating the city highlighted how quickly innovation can redefine entire industries. Representing @Standing Ovation alongside the exceptional delegation of French Agritech startups, coordinated brilliantly by @BusinessFrance and @La FrenchTech, was both a privilege and an opportunity to amplify our vision for a sustainable, resilient food future. 💡 Here are five powerful insights I took away: 1. Geopolitics is reshaping food sovereignty: Global disruptions—from trade tensions to changing immigration policies—underscore the urgency of reinforcing food sovereignty. The need for sustainable and local solutions, like our precision-fermented casein proteins, has never been clearer. 2. Precision fermentation is our industry's next frontier: At Standing Ovation, our innovative approach using precision fermentation attracted attention as a compelling alternative to traditional protein production, offering scalable solutions aligned with market demand and environmental responsibility. 3.
