Vinification & aging: the art of revealing terroir 🍃   In this second episode of our savoir-faire series, Rose-Marie Béthuel, our oenologist, takes you through the meticulous process of transforming grapes into wine. At Château Galoupet, each of our 41 plots is vinified and aged separately to maintain its unique expression before blending. A significant part of our Cru Classé ferments and matures in 600L oak barrels, developing complexity and depth.   Regular tastings guide the aging process, allowing the aromas, texture, and persistence to shape the final wine: a rosé that captures both the richness of our terroir and the uniqueness of each vintage.
