🔬 Research efforts for developing covalent inhibitors have been active during recent years to reach the undruggable targets. However, their mechanism of action introduces also specific challenges. Due to the reactivity of the electrophilic warheads in these molecules, standard in vitro ADME assays might not be appropriate or might require a different assay setup.
