The application period for Aalto University Master's Programme in Sustainable Entrepreneurship is open until the 27th of December! 🚨🚨 Sustainable entrepreneurship is about creating and managing businesses that prioritize environmental and social impact alongside financial success, driving positive change for the planet and society. In this master's degree, you will: ✅ Examine the systemic nature of social, environmental, and economic challenges ✅ Analyze and understand the possible links between entrepreneurship and sustainability ✅ Obtain a critical and holistic approach towards entrepreneurship After graduation, we aim that our students: 📌 Find opportunities to apply themselves professionally within the wider Finnish (or global) entrepreneurial ecosystem. 📌 Work in a wide range of roles: ranging from founders and early members of startup teams, to working as investors, policy experts, investors, community builders, platform managers, and social/NGO specialists. 📌 Have the aptitude and attitude to be able to take on globally-oriented sustainability challenges and work alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and disciplines. This exciting new master's degree has been created by Entrepreneurship Unit at Aalto School of Business (ENTU), Aalto Ventures Program, and Aalto TUTA - Aalto University, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, and will aim to extensively partner and collaborate with the wider Finnish entrepreneurial ecosystem members! Aaaand that's a wrap 🎬💥 Last week we celebrated the final milestone for Entrepreneurship Lab as the students presented their ideas and prototypes at Demo Day. 🪜 Thank you all who joined us for the day! And a big hand to our amazing students as well as teachers and external contributors, led by Duy (Teddy) Tran. 🧡 Exploring the event energized us like free coffee on a Monday morning. ☕🔥 Now it's time to sit back, unwind and prepare for the next round. 👀 If you're looking to join the Entrepreneurship Lab course next spring, don't forget to sign up in Sisu during 9.-30.12. ✅

Together with Aalto Ventures Program and my colleagues we are presenting a challenge at Junction 2024 to use open source data from space to solve sustainability issues. We are proud to represent Aalto University this year at this amazing hackathon!
