#MarineConservation | At OW Ocean Winds, we have a clear commitment: to deliver reliable, green energy every day, transforming offshore winds into power that lights up homes, businesses, and communities.⚡ But it doesn’t end there. At OW, we go beyond energy to create lasting impact — through offshore wind projects that bring value to people, communities, and the environment. 🌍 So, on #EarthDay, we’re looking back at a special moment we shared in Portugal: a Protecting the Oceans edition, our beach clean-up initiative. With #WindFloatAtlantic on the distant horizon and joined by the Associação Portuguesa do Lixo Marinho, Câmara Municipal de Viana do Castelo, and members of the local community, we had the opportunity to leave Cabedelo Beach cleaner than before. Because at OW, every step we take, shapes a better tomorrOW. #ProudtobeOW

#MarineConservation | OW Ocean Winds’ EFGL pilot project in France is becoming the world’s first nature-inclusive floating #OffshoreWind farm! 🌊 We’re excited to celebrate the installation of ECOCEAN’s 32 Biohuts© – artificial marine nurseries that enhance biodiversity – installed on one of the floaters of our LES EOLIENNES FLOTTANTES DU GOLFE DU LION pilot project in partnership with Banque des Territoires. This first-of-its-kind achievement goes beyond engineering, it… ☑️ Is a result of nearly 10 years of collaboration between OW, ECOCEAN, and local researchers, tested with the BoB buoy (see it in action below!) ☑️ Validates the potential of floating wind structures to enhance marine life ☑️ Enables long-term ecological monitoring at sea ☑️ Creates a track record for future nature-inclusive projects everywhere The collaboration with ECOCEAN exemplifies OW’s commitment to the establishment of a French floating wind industry and contributing to the state’s goal of 45 GW of offshore wind by 2050, while respecting marine ecosystems. 🐟Dive in and check out the pictures below! 👇 #ProudtobeOW

#CommunityEngagement | Recently, our OW Ocean Winds team in Australia hit the road across Gippsland and took part in three Community Days in Port Albert, Golden Beach, and Sale📍, as part of the broader OG12 Offshore Wind Developer events. Across the three events, we connected with almost 140 local groups — chatting about #OffshoreWind, our upcoming plans for #HighSeaWind, our 1,3 GW bottom fixed project we are developing in the area, and the long-term opportunities that go along with it. With strong support from the Lions Clubs International (and a great sausage sizzle!), the events sparked thoughtful conversations around jobs, visual impact, environmental protection, and technical details. 💬 The feedback? Encouraging, insightful, and full of momentum. 💡 The future of clean energy in Gippsland is bright — and powered by the voices of the community. Check out our team live in action in the images below! 👇 #ProudtobeOW

#Event | Looking back at an incredible #WindEurope2025! 🌬️ As sponsors of this international key event, WindEurope was a great opportunity to share OW Ocean Winds’s journey in the evolving offshore wind industry, as we continue to advance and deliver our growing portfolio. 🚀 Throughout the three days, our stand was bustling with activity! Attendees enjoyed the OW BEYOND ENERGY Photo Exhibition, our way of introducing our new claim, which defines who we are, what we do, and how we do it. 👉 If you weren’t able to make it, don’t worry – we’ll soon have the virtual exhibition available on our OW website! Be sure to check it out! But most importantly, OW was proudly represented—thanks to the hard work, commitment, and dedication of the #OWteam at our stand! 🙌 We can say it was a very successful event, and that we are very happy to welcome you all next year in #Madrid, home of our OW headquarters! 🔜 #ProudtobeOW #OffshoreWind

#Event | Closing out the last day of #WindEurope2025 as a more united #OffshoreWind industry! 🌐🌬️ This morning, offshore wind key actors came together to launch the Offshore Wind Industry Declaration which will be presented to the EU and national European Governments. The declaration not only calls for a bold and coordinated partnership between governments and industry to secure Europe's energy future, but also highlights two key actions needed to revive the market: 🔹Commit to 100 GW Contracts for Difference (CfDs) across the next decade, through fixed-price, bankable mechanisms. 🔹Consistent commissioning of 10 GW per year from 2031 to 2040, enabling long-term planning, supply chain investment, and industry confidence. In return, the industry pledges to deliver investment, drive down the cost of electricity, support local jobs and communities, and strengthen Europe’s energy resilience. 🌍 Our Chief EPCI Officer, Óscar Díaz Martín-Forero, also brought some knowledge to the “Floating: is it coming, or isn't it?" discussion, exploring the key challenges and opportunities for commercial-scale offshore floating wind projects. For those who missed it, here are the need-to-knows: ➡️ Project Success & Scale: Initial projects using 15 MW turbines must succeed to drive future growth, balancing cost, logistics, and performance. ➡️ Auction & Development Criteria: Auctions should reflect the higher costs and longer timelines of floating wind, awarding projects to experienced developers to ensure bankability and risk mitigation. ➡️ Deployment Challenges: Scaling relies on continued R&D, standardization, and industry collaboration to overcome logistical challenges and establish robust #SupplyChain. We also wanted to thank Timmy Dooley, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, for stopping by to meet us and our Bord na Móna | Ocean Winds Joint Venture to discuss our offshore wind initiatives in Ireland! Last but not least, a huge thank you to our OW Team who participated along with all of our partners and international colleagues that made their way to our stand! 🙌 #ProudtobeOW #EnergyTransition

#Event | Last week at Wind of Change 2025 in Porto Alegre📍our Head of Business Development for Brazil and South America, Rafael Palhares Simoncelli, joined the panel “Indústria de Baixo Carbono: Visões dos Investidores” to share OW’s perspective on Brazil’s offshore wind future. With the recent approval of Law 15.097/2025, Brazil has taken another key step toward unlocking its #OffshoreWind potential. OW contributed to the panel by discussing challenges in transforming this vast potential into operational projects and shared insights on how this new legal framework can boost investor confidence and create skilled job opportunities. The session was expertly moderated by Michael Goulart (Ambientare - Soluções em Meio Ambiente), with contributions from Edisiene Correia (Shizen Energy Group), Sylvain JOUHANNEAU (EDF Renewables Brasil), and Sérgio Canova Júnior (McKinsey & Company). Exciting times for Brazil — and we’re proud to be part of the conversation. 🌊⚡ See how we lived the event below! #ProudtobeOW
